Delete your QVALON account

In the app

Open More → Account → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. You are signed out on every device.

By email

Write to info@qvalon.com from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number you sign in with. We will confirm the request before deleting.

What happens

• Deletion takes effect after 30 days; signing in again during this time cancels it.
• Your profile, memberships and sessions are deleted.
• Organizations where you are the only member are deleted with all checklists, reports, tasks and photos.
• Where other members remain, the organization stays; if you were its only owner, the longest-serving manager becomes the owner.
• If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription there: deleting the account does not cancel it.
