Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026. This policy will be updated before the public launch of the apps.

This policy explains how Qvalon, Inc. (“QVALON”, “we”) handles personal data in the QVALON mobile apps and related services. Contact: info@qvalon.com.

Data we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal data, show ads or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. The apps do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Who can see your data

Members of your organization see the data their role allows. A report you share by link can be opened by anyone with the link until you revoke it.

Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (network and security), Twilio (text-message codes), Postmark (email), Google (Google Maps Platform, Sign in with Google) and Apple (Sign in with Apple). Our servers are located in the United Kingdom.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app’s account settings or as described on the Delete account page. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, during which signing in again cancels it. Organizations where you are the only member are deleted with all their data and photos.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Write to info@qvalon.com.

Children

QVALON is a work tool and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
